Congregate Connect serves a variety of populations with housing for low-income adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We partner with communities and make a long-term commitment to help them succeed, resulting in positive, measurable outcomes for residents and neighborhoods. 

With a portfolio of 8 homes and growing every day, Congregate Connect has honed our skills of negotiation, acquisition, financing, design, building and property management. Our greatest strength is the team we have assembled and the level of care we bring to every project. Big projects or small Congregate Connect stands ready to serve.

Congregate Connect's Adult Residential Facilities are adapted for three to four individuals with similar needs and services to live together in a family environment. With the closures of California’s State Developmental institutions, which has taken place in stages since 1996, there has been a shift from institutional housing to small community-based care homes for people with I/DD.

Over years of acquiring and modifying homes to suit the needs of our residents, Congregate Connect has developed proficiencies in all areas of the home improvement process.
