Since 2015, Ruben Branson has been the program director and CEO of Congregate Connect. He is an honorably discharged veteran from the United States Navy and in 1995 he completed a program for Licensed vocational nurses. He was introduced to the regional center system while volunteering at the Los Angeles Police Department’s Southwest Division. His professional career includes extensive experience as a director and nurse in multiple care facilities. He has an associate degree in liberal studies and an undergraduate degree in business. Mr. Branson has developed relationships with the Los Angeles City Council, District Attorney’s office, Public Defenders Office - Courts Mental Health liaisons and county department of probations. He is a leader and an advocate for innovation in all facets of business management of homes and services for consumers that sets a precedence in this business.

In 2016, Dr. Luther founded Gracecare Medical Holdings to scale and manage his numerous holdings in the healthcare industry. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from North Carolina AT&T University, a DDS degree from Howard University and a Master's degree in public health from John Hopkins University.
Dr. Amos Ladouceur graduated from the Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons in 2006 and also from Columbia Medical School in 2011. He is a family medicine specialist practicing in Los Angeles, California and has over 15 years of diverse experience in the medical field.

She has managed comprehensive nursing departments in major hospitals and applies ANA standards of nursing administration practice in performance with leadership roles. She has deep rooted experience in case management of developmentally disabled clients with intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, autism and epilepsy. She is presently employed as a Federal Employee with the Veterans Administration as a senior nurse educator and as a senior nurse manager at Congregate Connect.

Bertha Romero has proven expertise providing case management services for individuals who are judicially involved whom may have mental health setbacks. Coming from south side regional center and having 15 plus years of experience in the department of children and adult services (DCAS) as well as specialized service unit (SSU), Bertha is guaranteed to establish long lasting relationships with individuals, specialized service providers, public defenders as well as stakeholders. Her transition from service coordinate at the south side regional center to becoming the west side assistant director of Congregate Connect.

She started her career in education and then progressed to overseeing the special education departments in multiple locations; this has led her to be the new Human Resources Director of Congregate Connect. In her years of experience, she has developed and maintained the skills to collaborate effectively and professionally with employers, colleagues, parents, conservators and members of the community. It is her duty to assist staff with implementing federal, state, and local mandates, and employ critical thinking and problem resolution skills to maintain an enjoyable and functional working environment for all employees. This ensures our consumers receive safe, appropriate services, and the quality of life they deserve.
Under her realm, she oversees the development, management, implementation and sustainability of all quality assurance and improvement activities, compliance procedures and safety and risk management programs.
